The conference will be in English.
All participants will need some form of photo identification (e.g. passport or driving license) to obtain their visitors pass.
International delegates are reminded to check with their Embassy regarding entry visas into Ghana. It is the responsibility of international delegates to organise their own entry visa. The conference organisors will not accept any responsibility regarding the issue of visa’s and entry into Ghana.

Ghana is listed by the World Health Organization (WHO) as endemic for yellow fever. Yellow fever is a serious and potentially fatal disease preventable by vaccination. A valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate is required for entry into Ghana.
All delegates should visit either their personal physician or a travel health clinic before departure. Malaria prophylaxis is recommended for all areas in Ghana. For further information about malaria in Ghana, including a map showing the risk of malaria in different parts of the country, go to the World Health Organization and Roll Back Malaria.
The Ghanaian Cedi is the official currency for Ghana.
